These are courses designed for small to medium businesses who want to be able to create simple and flexible solutions for their business and manage these internally. A lot of these courses are also perfect for those just starting out, or beginners not quite at the Power User Level.

This course is aimed at people who are new to SharePoint. It provides an overview of what SharePoint can do, and teaches the basic functions of how to use it.
  • Introduction to SharePoint - provides an overview of what capability SharePoint has and practical business application of it.
  • Basic Navigation - This section will cover the basics of getting around a SharePoint site.
  • Performing Basic Functions - This section will cover how to use the item menu for inserting, editing and deleting items.
  • Common Functions - This section will cover how to use SharePoint common features, such as Announcements, the Calendar, Tasks, Links and Surveys
  • Configuring Alerts - This section will cover how to set up alerts to specific items about which you want to stay informed.
  • Search - This section will cover Search and making finding information easy
  • Workflows for Lists and Libraries - This section will cover how to use workflows for Collecting Feedback, Document Approval and how workflows integrate with Microsoft Office Outlook.
